Estate Shutter FL was built around one market rather than a franchise map: residential listings in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties, where the recurring problems are condo building access, controlled airspace, waterfront light and a hurricane season that eats half the shooting calendar.
The work skews to high-rise condominiums, waterfront homes and architectural estates, which is also where the operational detail matters most — a certificate of insurance filed with the right association, a service elevator reserved, a LAANC authorisation approved before anyone drives to the address.
Credentials
- • Every Estate Shutter FL photographer holds an FAA Part 107 remote pilot certificate. Each certificate number can be checked in the FAA Airmen Inquiry database.
- • Transport Canada Advanced RPAS Pilot Certificate (Mike Brun), in addition to his FAA Part 107 remote pilot certificate
- • Aerial work is flown by FAA Part 107 certificated remote pilots; LAANC authorisation is filed by the pilot before every controlled-airspace flight.
- • Liability insured; a certificate of insurance naming your association as additional insured is available on request and filed before any condo shoot

A remote pilot certificate can be checked by anyone through the FAA Airmen Inquiry database. Ask us for the certificate number of the pilot assigned to your shoot and verify it yourself — we would rather you did.

How a shoot runs
- 1. Booking. You pick the package and the date. We ask for the building or community name at this point, because that is what determines whether a certificate of insurance, an elevator reservation or a gatehouse vendor listing is needed — and those take one to three days, not one hour.
- 2. Access and airspace. We file the COI with the association, reserve what the building requires, and check the LAANC grid for the address if drone is on the order. If a flight is not available at that address we tell you before the shoot rather than after.
- 3. Prep. You get a preparation checklist. It matters more than people expect, especially on seasonal homes that have been closed up.
- 4. The shoot. Interiors, exteriors and any add-ons in one visit. Condo shoots include the amenity deck, lobby and building exterior at no extra charge.
- 5. Delivery. Galleries are delivered within 24 hours of the shoot. You get an MLS-sized set and a full-resolution set, with unlimited usage rights.
- 6. Payment. Book by phone: no deposit — invoiced after you approve the gallery. Book online: a 20% deposit holds your slot; balance after delivery.

Where we shoot
Estate Shutter Florida is a mobile studio covering Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. There is no walk-in studio — we travel to the listing, and everything from booking to gallery approval happens online or by phone.
