Luxury Yacht Photography & Video
A buyer or charter guest decides on a yacht from a listing page long before they step aboard. We shoot the profile, the decks and the interiors — at the dock and underway — so the boat sells itself on the screen.
- Dockside & underway
- FAA Part 107 drone pilots
- Miami to West Palm Beach
Why it matters
Why yacht photography is harder than real estate
A yacht is the hardest listing there is to photograph well. Tight cabins, bright water, polished gelcoat and a subject that moves. Shot like a house, a yacht looks cramped inside and flat outside — and a broker’s listing ends up competing on price.
- 01
The water blows out every interior
Salons and stateroom portholes face bright sky and water. Without exposure blending the view turns white and the cabin turns dark.
- 02
Dockside photos hide what the boat is for
Tied up between two hulls, a yacht shows none of its lines. The profile, the wake and the boat running on open water are what buyers and charter guests want to see.
- 03
Every surface reflects
Gelcoat, stainless, glass and lacquered wood show the photographer, the dock and the sky. Angles and timing have to be planned around them.
- 04
Marina logistics can kill the day
Dock access, captain and crew schedules, tide, wind and marina rules on drones. Miss one and the shoot is rescheduled at the owner’s expense.

How it works
How a yacht photo and video shoot works
- 1
Tell us the boat
Send the length, the marina and what the media is for — a listing, a charter launch or documentation. We quote the scope before you book.
- 2
We plan the day
Shoot time is set around the sun angle, wind and tide, with the captain, crew and marina confirmed in advance.
- 3
Dockside & underway
Interiors and deck details at the dock, then profile and running shots on the water from the air and, if booked, a chase boat.
- 4
Edited & delivered
Every frame is color-corrected and retouched by hand and delivered in one gallery, with brokerage, charter and social sizes ready to post.
On the water
What goes into yacht photography that works
Most of the difference between an average yacht gallery and a great one is decided before the camera comes out: when the boat runs, where it runs, and how the interiors are lit. This is what we plan for.
Sun angle and sea state
Running shots are scheduled for low, raking light and calm water, when the hull lines read and the wake stays clean. Midday sun and chop flatten everything.
Interiors, lit like architecture
Cabins are bracketed and blended so the portholes and windows show water, not white glare, and the joinery keeps its true color.
Drones around marinas
Aerial work is flown by FAA Part 107 certificated remote pilots; LAANC authorisation is filed by the pilot before every controlled-airspace flight. Some marinas and associations restrict launching on their property, so we arrange a compliant launch point in advance.
Listing, charter or documentation
A brokerage listing needs every space shown honestly. A charter launch needs lifestyle and atmosphere. We plan the shot list around which one you are selling.

Yacht shoots are quoted by vessel length and scope rather than on our home packages. A photo-only listing shoot, a photo and video package and a full portfolio with aerials, a 360° tour and lifestyle coverage are priced differently, and add-ons such as chase-boat sequences are quoted separately. Send the length, the marina and what the media is for, and we will quote it before you book.
At its core: exposure-blended HDR photography of the interiors and exteriors, plus aerial stills. Depending on scope, we add a 4K cinematic walkthrough, short vertical reels, a 360° virtual tour, running shots from a chase boat and lifestyle photography for charter marketing.
Yes. Running shots are captured from the air and, when booked, from a chase boat. They are scheduled with the captain for low light and calm water, when the hull lines and the wake look their best.
Aerial work is flown by FAA Part 107 certificated remote pilots; LAANC authorisation is filed by the pilot before every controlled-airspace flight. We also carry liability insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance for the marina or owner. Some marinas restrict launching on their property, so we arrange a compliant launch point in advance.
We shoot across South Florida, including Miami, Miami Beach, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Sunny Isles, Aventura, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton and West Palm Beach — at private docks, yacht clubs and marinas such as Miami Beach Marina, Pier Sixty-Six and Rybovich.
Standard delivery is within 48 hours of the shoot, and rush 24-hour delivery can be arranged when the boat is going to market immediately. Photos, video and the 360° tour arrive in one gallery.
Yes. A brokerage listing needs every space shown accurately; a charter launch needs atmosphere — guests on deck, dining and water toys. We plan the shot list around which one you are selling.
A clean, clutter-free boat with personal items stowed, all interior and deck lighting working, cushions and canvas in place, and, for running shots, a captain available for the planned window. We confirm dock access and any marina rules with you before the day.
