What can and cannot be rushed
When is same-day real estate photography actually possible?
A same-day booking compresses the schedule, not the work. The real question is never “do you do same-day”, it is “do you have someone free today, and will the building and the airspace let us in”. These are the four limits we check before saying yes.

Most South Florida buildings want a certificate of insurance naming the association as additional insured before a vendor enters, and many require a service-elevator reservation. If your building has us on file, same-day is straightforward.
When a day is not worth it
If the listing goes live next week anyway, booking the right hour of the right day — morning exteriors in storm season, dusk for a west-facing pool deck — produces a better gallery than this afternoon in full sun. We will tell you which situation you are in.
Requests after mid-afternoon
Usually become a next-morning shoot. With standard delivery of 24-hour delivery, the gallery is still in your hands the following day.

No. A same-day booking is priced from the same square-footage matrix as any other shoot, starting at $199. There is no rush surcharge and no separate premium tier. Phone bookings are invoiced after gallery approval; online: 20% deposit, balance after delivery, as on every booking.
Realistically, late morning for an afternoon shoot and an evening delivery. Requests that come in after mid-afternoon usually become a next-morning shoot, which — given that standard delivery is within 24 hours — still puts the gallery in your hands the following day. We would rather tell you that than take the booking and miss it.
No, and anyone who guarantees it without checking a calendar is telling you something they cannot know. Same-day depends on a photographer being free in your area today. What we will guarantee is a straight answer within a couple of minutes of you calling, and the earliest slot that is actually real if today is not available.
Sometimes, but the building is usually the obstacle rather than our schedule. Most South Florida towers require a certificate of insurance naming the association as additional insured on file before a vendor enters, commonly with 24 to 72 hours of notice, and many require a service-elevator reservation. If your building has us on file already, same-day is straightforward. If not, it usually is not.
Often, where the airspace at that address approves through routine LAANC authorisation. Where the grid requires further coordination the approval is not instant and cannot be accelerated, so drone may follow a day behind the stills. We check the address when you call and tell you which situation applies.
Twilight cannot be rushed, because blue hour happens once a day for roughly twenty-five minutes. If you need twilight, the shoot is scheduled for that window specifically. We will happily photograph interiors the same day and return for the twilight exterior at the right hour rather than deliver a dusk frame shot at the wrong time.
No. The editing is the same hand-blended bracketed work, not a batch preset. What changes on a same-day booking is how many jobs we can hold in the queue that day, which is exactly why same-day is subject to availability instead of being offered as a guarantee.
Standard delivery is 24-hour delivery on every booking, as an online gallery with MLS-sized and full-resolution sets. For most listings that is fast enough, and booking for the right hour of the right day produces a better gallery than compressing the shoot into this afternoon.
